GPX Tools
Upload a GPX file and add map/navigation links to its points.
Point types
Track points (trkpt) can't carry links directly, so tracks are automatically converted to routes and linked instead.
google.navigation:q=lat,lon
Replaces links that are already there. Leave off to skip points that already have one.
Adds a "-linked" timestamp to the file and GPX names. Turn on to leave them untouched.
Copies track points into a new, linked route and removes the original track.
